Procedures and recommendations for working with ARTPUBLISHING.COM
to purchase or produce Custom Canvas Art creation on Demand™
from old public domain arts.

- All images at Art Publishing Online
are available for purchase. You may also order custom art from
any works in your possession, or we can help locate and reproduce
works of art from other collections.

- Applicable royalties or shipping, packing
and framing fees are additional charges.
PRICE SCHEDULE
Effective October 1, 2000. Prices and services are subject to
change. Telephone replies for services are estimates only. Price
quotes are available upon request by fax or mail.

- ACCEPTANCE
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are for immediate acceptance
and subject to change without notice, at any time before acceptance
and orders placed.
ORDERING
To place an order, click on the "Buy" button located
on any image. This will take you to the Order Desk for that particular
work. Click on the item's name and follow the step-by-step instructions.
CUSTOM FRAMING
We will custom frame your image through our framing facility
workshop.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order.
We ship through Fedex or the U.S. Postal
Service.
SALES TAX
California residents will be charged 8.0% sales tax.
DELIVERY TIME
Allow one to four weeks from the order date. All prices are F.O.B.
Irvine CA 92619, U.S.A. The customer pays all shipping and packing
charges. An invoice for shipping and packing will be issued after
the final shipment of the order. We will send e-mail notifications
for any change in delivery time.
PAYMENT
POLICY
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Prices are subject to change without
notice. We requires 50% down and the remaining balance upon delivery
(COD).
CANCELLATION
Custom orders may not be canceled, altered or suspended except
by adjustment on terms which will indemnify us against loss.
There will be no
refunds once color research has begun. Any settlements, corrections,
changes or credits due because of customer dissatisfaction will
be in the form of credit towards our services.
- REPLACEMENT
If the shipping tube or box is damaged upon receipt of order,
please refuse it and notify us immediately. All returns must
by authorized. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned
freight collect. Claims must be made
within 3 working days of receipt.

- LIMITED LIABILITY
We pledge to exercise all possible care in handling transparencies,
digital files, art works and prints in our possession. Delivery
of materials to us, for service or any other purpose, constitutes
an agreement by the customer that any damage or loss by us will
entitle the customer only to replacement with a like amount of
unexposed film and processing.
Except for such replacements, our handling of artwork and print
materials is without warranty or liability. Artwork, prints,
transparencies and digital files should always be insured when
delivered to us. Insurance should cover in-house production time.
COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS
The purchaser agrees to save and hold harmless and to indemnify
Art Publishing Online for all costs, expenses, attorney
fees or judgments resulting from any claim or lawsuit against
Art Publishing Online. Artists, publishers or owners of
material and original art are responsible for copyrights of productions,
but we accept all legal regulations and copyright laws for dealing
with recreation of arts.
